    Cancellation-of-Orders-right-after-purchased policy:

To prevent chargebacks from payment gateways and bank transaction fees, we regret to inform you that all orders made on our website and other sales channels cannot be cancelled immediately after purchase. We kindly request that you carefully consider your choice of bag design, color, product, and size before finalizing your purchase.

    International Shipping Policy: We make it easy for you!

    All orders will be swiftly processed within 24 hours, contingent upon the clearance of your online transaction via the credit card/debit card utilized.

    Enjoy the convenience of FREE shipping to all countries with absolutely NO hidden charges during promotional periods. For regular shipping rates, a fixed fee of USD50 per checkout applies for all countries.

    While we strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience, please note that some countries may require customers to settle VAT/customs taxes upon parcel receipt. We kindly request adherence to your country's regulations in this regard, facilitating a smooth airport clearance process.

    Please anticipate a processing time of up to 5 working days from Coach warehouse upon order placement. Subsequently, expect the arrival of your goods within 7 to a maximum of 14 working days, subject to customs clearance in your country.

    Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 3 pm (GMT+8), excluding non-public holidays. To avail of Next-Day Delivery, kindly place your order before 3 pm (GMT+8).

    We entrust the delivery of your orders to various carriers, primarily through Aramex, DHL, Fedex, Teleport and J&T Malaysia. Rest assured, you'll receive a tracking number via email on the day of shipment from our fulfillment center.

      We want you to love your Coach product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out.

      In the event that you find your online purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you Return and Refund on your online order under the following conditions.

      • Purchases must be returned within 7(Seven) days of placing your order.
      • Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all labels and product swing tags attached.
      • If the item is faulty or damaged during shipping, such as missing straps or zippers, completely damaged.
      • Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size or color preference, or if you unnecessary believe the item is not authentic. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged to another bag once payment is made.

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lasevgi. Please inspect your item upon receipt, as we can only accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons above.

      If your return needs meets the above conditions, you can return to us for a refund amount subject to after we receive the returned item, verify its condition, and deduct any applicable transaction fees, handling fees, and charges.
