Cancellation of Orders policy:
- To avoid many chargebacks which will incurred cost to us, by the payment gateway and the bank transaction fee, ALL orders made on website and other channels CANNOT be cancelled.

Shipping Duration: Super fast even for international buyers!
- ALL products will be shipped directly from New York warehouse, or any other warehouse subject to availability of the product stocks location.
- Please allow up to 5-working days for your product to be shipped from warehouse upon your order. From hereon, do expect to receive your goodies in within/less than 7-to maximum 14-working-days!
- We will ONLY use Shipping company that is registered directly with our business OR deem suitable for the shipping address location.

International Shipping Policy: We make it easy for you!
- All orders will be processed within 24 hours subject to clearance of your online transaction of the credit card/debit card used.
- Delivery to all countries with FREE Shipping cost & NO hidden charges (during promotional period only, hence please follow us to get notification) / normal fixed-rate for all countries are capped at USD50 per checkout.
- 90% all of the time our customers are receiving the goods without having to pay custom tax, however, some countries MAY require customers to pay VAT/custom tax upon receiving the goods/please write to us at email@example.com to find out if you entitle to claim 50% of the fees paid.
- Customers should abide your countries regulations in receiving items should there be any VAT or Tax may applicable which likely requires you to make payment directly to them to clear your parcel. This is your airport clearance process, please follow their rules accordingly.
- All purchases will be shipped from overseas and will reach you in within 7-working days and maximum 16-working-days for you to receive your orders subject to custom clearance in your country.
- We ship orders from Monday to Friday subject to non-public holidays.
- We deliver all orders via various carrier and majority delivery will be made via Easyparcel. Easyparcel will determined suitability of couriers for us to use to ship out to your country.
- Tracking number will be sent to your email on the day it shipped out from our fulfillment center.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy: Always here to support you!
- To ensure product conditions is NOT worn, tear, dirty, please note that ALL items received CANNOT be Returned and Refunded after 2-days-of receiving the bag , subject to the product conditions are still completely new and in unworn conditions.
- We ONLY ACCEPT, in within 2-days of receiving the bag, should you want to return, which applies to these conditions ONLY > 1) Item faulty; damaged by courier service, item is incomplete example missing strapper, missing zip).
- We DO NOT accept Return and Refund, should you want to return due to your feelings "it's not original" > as we have encounter scammers returned to us fake bags which then led to legal action taken against the scammer.

- NO exchange of products allowed once payment has been made, as all the orders are directly auto-process and we processed the order immediately.
- Returned items MUST be in unworn condition with original tag attached, with unsealed tags, all certificates, dust bags, and packaging box must be in good shapes. Please pack accordingly, and you need to submit to us the airway bill, in within 2-days of receiving the bag. This courier cost to return to us is borne by you/the customers.
- Should your case fulfilled the condition above, full refund will be made to your account within 7-working-days, subject to your bank processing requests approved.
